Big Sister Pen Pal Program Application

We are so excited that you are interested in being a ‘'Big Sister’ for the GRG Big Sister Pen Pal Program! We are not yet pairing girls up for the program, but applications are open for first-come-first-serve priority when we do! Any women runners aged 16–24 are welcome to apply. Big Sisters are expected to communicate at least monthly with their Little Sisters unless any challenges arise. As a role model, Big Sisters must also show good character and uphold our organization's values.

The Girls Run Global team will review your application and add you to our list if you are a good fit. When our Big Sister Program is set to begin, we will begin pairing Big Sisters with Little Sisters in order of date they were approved (meaning apply ASAP!).
